recently assisted ABC Action News with a TV segment on saving money on holiday shipping. The
items shipped were a tin of cookies, a coffee mug, and a
Christmas ornament. The results of the shipping comparisons were as
follows: Fed Ex; 4 days shipping, shipping cost including packing $41.98. UPS;
7 days ground, shipping cost including packing $30.20. USPS; 2-3 day Priority Mail, box was
free, bubble wrap was purchased and packed by the reporter, cost $16.60. Postmaster Richard Fermo (left)
