left) congratulated the Suncoast District New Supervisor Program (NSP) graduates (above) at the NSP Graduation Ceremony. The Suncoast District Leadership Team was in attendance
to support the newly promoted front line supervisors from Customer Service,
Plant Distribution and Maintenance Operations. Each graduate was presented with
a Certificate of Graduation.

Manager Neftali Pluguez offered congratulations. “The structure and curriculum
of the Postal Service New Supervisor Training Program is excellent. The cross
training between Plant Operations, Maintenance and Custom Service/Delivery
provided a great and necessary opportunity for the supervisors to experience
the interconnection of our various functions in the processing and delivery of
the nation’s mail,” said Abdul-Razzaaq. “I
believe all the graduates will be better and more engaged supervisors due to
the new training program.”
