On January 31 the Seminole
Processing & Distribution Center was featured in the national USPS Lead To
Win publication for their 3 to 5 Day Surface (STC only) performance. The team has a Year To Date (YTD) score of
92.02 and is doing the following things to be successful in this indicator:
•Excellent communication
between all operational areas, as well as the other docks in the facility to
ensure all mail meets the intended dispatch on time.
•Quality control; making sure
the right mail is loaded on the proper truck the first time.
•Teamwork is an invaluable
resource. When another employee needs a hand, there is no question, consider it
done. Together, we get the job done efficiently and safely.
