Fourth Gold For Laura And Patrick

Rockledge Post Office Retail Associates Laura Snowman (left) and Patrick Turbush (center) were presented with their Gold Star Award by Postmaster Jose D. Melendez (right) for earning perfect scores on Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transactions.  

This is Snowman’s and Turbush’s fourth Gold Star Award and Acting Supervisor, Customer Services Daniella Bragg Melendez (center) celebrated with her employees.

Retail Associate Laura Snowman (above) adds another Gold Star to the Rockledge Customer Service plague.
