Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Darrell Moore (center) received his Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt from District Manager Eric Chavez (left) and Postmaster Jackie
Villemaire (right). The Green Belt is
awarded to employees who apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive local
improvements within their functional area.
Moore’s Green Belt project improved the Post Office Box Up On Time percentage.
