APWU (American Postal Workers Union) Office Steward Cynthia Cruz (left) and Customer
Retention Team Supervisor Lorri Kayser (right) recently attended the Joint Contract Interpretation Manual (JCIM) training offered
by the Suncoast District. They both commented
that the training was well received and stated their goal is communicating and working
together for the good of the employees and the United States Postal Service.
