students (above left) visited the Post Office to mail Valentine’s Day

them what happens after they place their cards in the mail slot.

Carrier Samuel South (above left) showed the students how mail is sorted for
delivery and explained how their cards will be delivered. The youngsters wanted to see the “mail truck”
and were excited when South showed them the LLVs (Long Life Vehicles) that they
see bringing mail to their homes. “The
children had fun and sent nice thank you notes back to the Post Office,” said
Postmaster Dolores Seuwin.
