Luke Is Appreciated

Daytona Beach Bulk Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) Bulk Mail Technician Luke Bedrosian (right) received a Certificate of Appreciation from BMEU Manager Dwane Kerns (left). Luke was recognized, and mentioned by name by customers, in the BMEU customer survey for his outstanding customer service. The most recent comment stated, “Luke Bedrosian goes above and beyond. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile to ensure he answers all questions and concerns.”

Bulk Mail Technician Jody Pryor (front) celebrated with Bedrosian (back). The entire Daytona Beach BMEU team was  acknowledged for the great survey results with customers saying, “Luke, Jodie, Steve Kaplan and Carol Amato are always very helpful and pleasant.”
