The Suncoast District Naples Post Office Team was recently featured in
the national Lead To Win newsletter in recognition of their total
Accident Rate Score of 9.94 Year To Date (YTD). The team shared some of the
keys to success in this indicator:
• Driver
observations conducted jointly with management and union.

CARE meetings
that focus on at-risk, new employees to help them work safer.

Participation in
Suncoast District NALC Safety Task Force meetings and implementing initiatives
developed during quarterly meetings.
