The 26th annual Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger
Food Drive is on Saturday, May 12th.
The Food Drive kickoff event was held at Metropolitan
Ministries in Tampa. Pictured above (Left to Right) Tampa Manager, Customer
Service Operations (MCSO) Tim Dose, National Association of Letter Carriers
(NALC) Branch #599 President Tony Diaz, Clearwater Main Post Office City
Carrier Assistant (CCA) Oanh Trinh, The Florida National Association of Letter
Carriers (NALC) President Al Friedman, and Metropolitan Ministries Associate
Director James Dunbar.
Tampa Post Office (MSCO) Tim Dose was interviewed by ABC
Action News (WFTS) about the importance of the food drive to our
communities. “Stamp out hunger with us
on Saturday, May 12th by placing non-perishable food donations by
your mailbox,” stated Dose.
Clearwater Main Post Office CCA Oanh Trinh shows that she
has hope that the Letter Carriers 2018 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive will surpass last year’s food drive donation totals.
