Paying Attention Pays Off

 
 
Tampa Carrier Annex Letter Carrier John Livingston is proof that paying attention pays off.  Livingston noticed that on his route one of his business customers was using a competitor for their shipping needs.  He submitted a lead to the Employee Engagement Program.  USPS Field Sales Representative Fred Assidy, III contacted the company and shifted a large portion of their shipping needs to Priority Flat rate & Regional Rate services.  Livingston’s lead resulted in $71,011 in new postal revenue.
