Cape Coral South Retail Associate Donna Graf (second right) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Leroy Middleton, Jr. (left). Graf earned perfect scores on a Retail Customer Experience transaction. Celebrating as part of the team effort were Retail Associates Michelle Hoerner (second left) and Linda Robertson (right). This was Graf’s ninth Gold Star.
