Postmaster Tom Dixon (right) received a Certificate of Appreciation from
Manager Post Office Operations (MPOO) E John Grimsley (left). Dixon facilitated
the completion of the Function 4 Bid Structure and e1994 programs along with
assisting in several other areas under the Function 4 Operational Area.
