Smyrna Beach Retail Associate Donna Delsole (center) received a Gold Star Award
for earning a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience (RCE). Manager,
Post Office Operations (MPOO) Janice Walters (right) and Postmaster Elli
Calidonio (left) recognized Delsole and thanked her for her excellent customer
service. Postmaster Calidonio stated, “New Smyrna Beach continues with the
tradition of achieving Gold Stars and this can only be done as a team effort.”
