Hudson Post Office Retail Associate Theresa Clegg (right)
was happy when Manager Customer Service Keith DeLucia (left) presented her with
a Gold Star Award for earning a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience
(RCE) transaction. DeLucia provided
lunch for the Retail Associate team to show his appreciation of their great
customer service. This is Clegg’s
seventh Gold Star.
