were invited to tour the Ybor City Processing & Distribution Center
(P&DC) processing holiday mail and packages. A reporter (left) interviewed Operations
Support Specialist Carol Davis (right) about the increased holiday volumes and
how employees prepare to provide great customer service. The Postal Service expects to process and
deliver over 16 billion cards, letters and packages this holiday season.
