Manager, Customer Services John Knapp (left) spoke with his team (above) about the importance of the Employee Engagement Program (EEP) and the successful lead he submitted.  “It’s not just one person’s job to submit leads, it’s all of our jobs.”  During the visit Business Development Specialist (BDS) Lorri Kaiser (not pictured) received eight leads from the Hilldale Team.
