Business Development Specialist (BDS) Desai Abdul-Razzaaq (not pictured) received a warm reception when he shared information about Business Connect. Employees were praised for certifying their EEP talks. “During my visit employee submitted 17 leads,” said Abdul-Razzaaq. “A special thank you goes out to Letter Carrier Dwana Williams, who submitted ten leads.”
