Roseland Postmaster Luella Harris (right) received a Certificate of Appreciation from Manager, Post Office Operations (MPOO) Area E John Grimsley (left). “It is a pleasure to present you this Certificate of Appreciation for the exceptional support you have provided to the Suncoast District and to the MPOO E Team,” stated Grimsley. “Through FY18, you served the group as the Customer and Business Connect Coordinator. Due to your diligence and hard work the MPOO E Team was recognized by the District for finishing Quarter 1 of FY19 at 100% compliance and for generating over $926,000 in new leads during this same period.”
