Fort Myers Letter Carrier Joanna Carrignan (right) was recognized for
her perfect attendance in 2018 and presented with a certificate by Supervisor,
Customer Service Robert Totten (left) in front of her fellow carriers. An
eruption of applause was followed by a remark from Totten, “I’m so proud of
your achievements and happy to have you as a member of my team.”
