Headquarters Tampa Customer Retention Team (CRT) was awarded the
Certified Engaged Team Seal. Teams reach
this distinction by achieving engagement scores that rank in the top 75th
percentile of Gallup’s global client database for work teams and held a minimum
of 75% participation rate in the survey.
Tampa CRT was rated best in Class.
