Fort Myers Retail Associate David Kennedy (center) received a Gold
Star Award from Officer In Charge (OIC) Nefty Pluguez (right) and Supervisor,
Customer Service (SCS) Kerry Cannedy in front of his co-workers for achieving a
perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction. “This is
David’s first Gold Star Award with us, but it’s far from his last,” remarked Pluguez.
