Tampa Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC) Tractor Trailer Operator Jay Bell (second left) received his 50-year Service Award and Pin from District Manager Steve Hardin (right); Senior Plant Manager Mark Dahlstrom (left); and Lead Transportation/Networks Manager, Jose Roman (second right). Joining Bell at the presentation (not pictured) were his wife Jere, daughter Wendy and sons Drew and Brian, who is a Letter Carrier at the Clearwater Sunset Point Branch. “I remember when I began my job starting pay was $3.90 an hour and we only had 12 bays at the loading dock and today we have 58,” stated Bell, who began his postal career in 1969.
