Dennis Roff; Supervisor, Customer Services (SCS) Eric Merkel; and Letter
Carrier Mark Davis in a meeting held by Acting Manager, Customer Service
Operations (MCSO) Phillip Fleener (left). The veterans were presented with a
Certificate of Appreciation as their co-workers applauded them.
