Fort Myers Letter Carrier Kurt Manzke (right) was presented the
National Safety Council’s Million Mile Safe Driver Award from Officer In Charge
(OIC) Nefty Pluguez (left). Kurt received the prestigious award for driving
over 1,000,000 miles without an at fault accident. “Kurt’s dedication to safety
is evident in receiving this award and we thank him for that dedication,” commented
Pluguez
After the award ceremony in front of his co-workers, Manzke sliced
up a piece of cake (above) for each person and shared in the celebration of
safety.
