Edgewater employees
made the Daytona New Journal newspaper (above). A customer recently wrote in to
thank the Edgewater Retail Staff for providing great customer service during this
years’ holiday busiest mailing and shipping week. The customer continued the praise by recognizing
the Letter Carrier on their route and the Acting Customer, Service Supervisor
(SCS) Derrick Williams, Jr. (below) for his excellent customer service skills.
