Retail Associate Vicenta Tineo (right) earned her first Gold Star Award from
Postmaster Ernesto Gonzalez (left) for
achieving a perfect score on a Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction. “Tineo
transferred from the New Jersey Plant last year and always has a pleasant smile
for our customers,” stated Gonzalez.

was proud to place her Gold Star among the 37 Gold Stars the Sanford Post
Office has earned.
