Sunset Point Station Carriers Honored

Three Letter Carriers, who submitted nearly $400,000 in new revenue through Customer Connect leads, were recently honored in Clearwater. They include: Jeffery Daignault, Kevin Behling and Lee Bock.
 
“The past success of Employee Engagement programs is due to your dedication to our organization,” said Clearwater Postmaster Douglas Fiedler. “Because of declining letter mail, we much renew our commitment to these programs and aggressively continue to search for new business.” Fiedler thanked all the employees for achieving the Office’s FY20 Employee Engagement Program participation goals and revenue successes.
 
Kristen Kiernan MCS, treated the unit to bagels and doughnuts; Desai Abdul-Razzaaq, a Business Development Specialist (BDS), presented carriers with “thank you” cards from Suncoast District Manager Steve Hardin.
 
In FY 2019, Customer Connect generated more than $184 million in new estimated annual revenue. Since the program’s inception in 2003, Customer Connect has brought in approximately $3 billion.
