Branch Supervisor, Customer Services (SCS) Dave Addison (right) submitted a
lead that generated over $12,000 in new revenue for the Postal Service. Dave was presented with a letter of
appreciation from Suncoast District Manager Steve Hardin (not pictured) by
Postmaster Jackie Villemaire (left). “Dave
does a great job with our customers and with helping grow the business. He recently was instrumental with assisting a
customer with an Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) inquiry and turned that lead over
to our Business Development Specialist (BDS)", stated Villemaire.
Way to go, Dave! Thank you for the new revenue leads.
