a Gold Star Award in front of her co-workers for achieving a perfect score on a
Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transaction from North Port Supervisor,
Customer Services (SCS) Barb Berrios (left) and Nanette Dolby (second left). In
attendance for the event was Venice Postmaster Kevin Sullivan (right).
North Port Manager Diana Erikson provided pizza (above) for Parks
and the other clerks to celebrate this achievement.
