Sanibel, FL, Postmaster Tirzah Fulkerson (right)
presented Rural Carrier Teresa Griest (second from right) with a letter from
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy recognizing Griest for her heroic efforts. While
making her rounds, Griest saw one of her customers laying on the floor inside
his garage. When she hollered, “Are you ok?” the customer responded that he
needed help. Griest tried unsuccessful to get him onto his feet before calling
911. She sat with the customer and gave him water until help arrived. Also pictured, Rural Carrier Associates (from
