A Palm Harbor, FL, customer Lori McGlinchey, who provides
kinship care for her two nephews, was expecting a package for the boys to
arrive before Christmas. It was mailed from New Jersey by the siblings’ mother,
who used the wrong ZIP Code.
“When I received the ‘undeliverable’ text on my cell phone,’
I immediately called the Post Office and Angela answered,” said McGlinchey.
“All I said was our street name and she knew the location of the package.
Because our house was on her way home, she offered to personally deliver the
package after work so the boys didn’t have to wait any longer.”
“Angela clearly went above and beyond her job description,”
added McGlinchey. “The best part was she didn't know all that. She didn't know how important Mimi's gifts
were for those two littles.”
