Cape Coral City Letter Carrier Scott Chikowsky (left) was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Fort Myers Officer In Charge (OIC), Phillip Fleener (right). He was recognized after his customers contacted the Post Office to praise Chikowsky’s friendly and accurate service when delivering their mail. “He is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. When he says he will do it, it gets done”, commented his customers. (not pictured)
