for singlehandedly generating nearly $48,000 in revenue at her Level 18 office
during November. What’s her secret? “I look at every customer transaction as an
opportunity to engage and make a sales pitch,” said Diaz, a 26-year veteran of
USPS. “My message is concise, and I always reassure customers of the benefits
of our products and services.”
