Cape Coral City Letter Carrier Alex Rivas (left) was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Fort Myers Officer In Charge (OIC), Phillip Fleener (right). He was recognized after his customers contacted the Post Office to praise Rivas’s friendly and accurate service when delivering their mail. “He always goes above and beyond and his smile is a welcomed sight”, commented his customers.
