National Dog Bite Awareness Week June 12th - June 18th

National Dog Bite Awareness Week is a public service campaign that offers safety tips and emphasizes the need for increase owner responsibility in the prevention of dog attacks.

This week the Scoop will feature the dogs of USPS employees and what they personally do to keep their mail carrier safe.

Here are the Dose Boys

Retired Tampa Manager, Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Tim Dose, of Odessa, FL, is the busy owner of “the Boys” (L-R) Jackson, Bailee, and Joey. This crew loves to play with each other and chase balls with their Dad.  They have an invisible fence to make sure that they stay in their yard. To make sure there are no issues, both Tim and his wife Sandy keep the boys in the house during mail delivery hours to ensure everyone’s safety.  “They may look innocent, but all dogs bite” said Dose.
