Fort Myers Downtown Station Retail Associate Donna Graf (right)
was appreciative when acting Manager, Customer Services Lisa Garlow presented
her with her 10th Gold Star for earning a perfect score on a Retail
Customer Experience transaction. Graf, who began her postal career as an LSM
operator, sought employment at the Postal Service because of the good benefits,
which she heard about from an uncle and cousin who both were postal workers. As
far as her Gold Star, “It makes me feel great and lets me know I’m doing my job
by providing my customers good service.”
