Station in Winter Haven. On Oct. 15, the post office was dedicated in honor of
local civil rights advocate Althea Margaret Daily Mills, who also served as the
first black USPS career employee in Winter Haven. Congressman Darren Soto
introduced legislation to designate the facility.
