Tampa Produce Station Letter Carrier Kyle
Gainous (right) was all smiles recently as he celebrated his retirement after
37 years of dedicated service. Congratulating Kyle was his wife, Melissa Gainous (left).
Kyle’s mother and brother both retired from the U.S. Postal Service as
well.
“The Postal Service changed my life for the better,” said
Gainous (center). He is also a recipient of the National Safety Council’s
prestigious Million Mile Safe Driver Award for driving over one million
miles without an at fault accident.
Kyles loving family joined him for the retirement celebration
held at Tampa Produce Station.
To congratulate Kyle on his well-deserved retirement, one of the customers on his route placed a sign in their yard to honor their favorite Letter Carrier and to share the news with the neighborhood.
