Processing & Distribution Center Automation Clerk Joshua Lima was presented
with a thank-you card from Acting Florida 2 District Manager Richard Fermo (not
pictured) for his efforts in Clerks Care – a program that allows retail
associates, call center agents, and machine and distribution clerks to pass
along sales tips. Lima’s lead generated $217,000 in new revenue for the Postal Service, and
he said he is glad to do his part.
