The Suncoast District has held ten Delivery 101 training class for supervisors instructed by Manager, Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Pam West and Street Supervision Indicator Coordinator (SSIC) Chris Farlow. “This training is an investment that we are making in each of our supervisors and acting supervisors; to ensure they have the necessary tools to be successful in their offices,” said Farlow.
