Paul Brings The Money



Dunedin Letter Carrier Richard “Paul” Davis (left) and Customer Connect Coordinator/Letter Carrier Jo Lynne Hendley set the perfect example for the process to follow for success with the Customer Connect lead program.  

As Coordinator, Jo Lynne supports the letter carriers and sees that the lead talks are given and leads are submitted and followed up on.


Paul met a customer who was interested in starting a dog grooming business. He took the time to tell the customer about Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) as a way to promote the new company.  Paul submitted a Customer Connect lead after the conversation.  The customer received successful results from the beginning and credits Paul for information about EDDM.  Paul’s lead brought in new revenue totaling $4,500.
