Winter Haven
Florence Villa Station employees (above) listened intently when Business
Development Specialist Janie Richards (not pictured) shared information about
their roles in helping to grow our business. The employees learned about postal
products and services, how to look for an opportunity to submit a lead and ways
to start a conversation with customers with the intent of gaining their
business. With the assistance of Manager, Customer Services Yarlyn Muhammad
(front, right) three quality leads were entered.
