Rosario began his postal career as a Letter Sorting Machine Clerk in Tampa in 1978. During his 40 year career, Rosario has worked in a variety of roles, including Special Delivery Distribution Clerk, Express Mail Clerk, Flat Sorter Operator, Small Package and Bundle Sorter (SPBS) Clerk, Registry Clerk and Acting Supervisor, Distribution Operations. For the last 27 years, Rosario has been a General Expeditor. “I am the only real General Expeditor in the building,” said Rosario.
