Glengarry Leads



Sarasota Glengarry A/Manager Customer Services Clyde Chapelle (left) invited Business Development Specialist Lorri Kayser (right) to visit the office to speak with employees about Lead Generation. Letter Carrier/NALC Steward Alicia Black (center) was on hand to lend support as Kayseri shared information regarding where the Suncoast District is Year-To-Date with Employee Engagement participation and revenue.


The friendly Retail Associates (above) listened intently when Kayser shared how important employees are in helping us grow our company, and stated they are committed to help find new business customers.


Letter Carrier Valarie Everett (above) was particularly interested as Kayser explained how having a conversation with a business customer can lead to new revenue.  Everett provided information to Kayser about a business that needs a shipping solution.  “Glengarry employees now know how to look for leads.  We gained six new leads during this visit.  Our Business Development Team will follow up and provide support along the way,” said Kayser.
