Carrier John Snider (left) and Rural Carrier Ann Marie Hall (center) were
presented with 2017 Perfect Attendance Awards and pins from Postmaster Roberta
Stevens-Simmons (right). Snider has 31 years with the Postal Service and has
only used five days of sick leave during that time.
Edgewater Lead Retail
Associate Robert Brown III (left) received two Gold Star Awards from Postmaster
Roberta Stevens-Simmons (right) for earning two perfect scores on Retail
Customer Experience (RCE) transactions. He also was presented with a Certificate
of Appreciation for outstanding customer service in Quarter 3 signed by
District Manager (DM) Eric Chavez. Brown completed Facilitator Skills Training
and can now teach new Sales Service Associates for the Suncoast District.
“We are proud of Robert for his new accomplishments,” said Postmaster
Stevens-Simmons.
