Orlando College Park Lead Retail Associate Harietta Finley (left) received her 10th Gold Star Award and a gift certificate from Manager, Customer Services (MCS) Gerardo Santiago (not pictured). Santiago presented the award, on behalf of District Manager Eric Chavez. Finley earned 10 Gold Star Awards for performing 10 perfect Retail Customer Experience (RCE) transactions. Retail Associate Josh Lima (right) was working the window with Finley during the recent transaction and assisted in serving customers.
