Port Charlotte
employees (above) are building important relationships with their business
communities and providing information about how the Postal Service can help
their companies be successful. The employees are submitting leads through the
Employee Engagement Program (EEP). Rural
Carriers are at 123% participation in the Rural Reach Program and Letter
Carriers are at 183% participation in the Customer Connect Program for FY19.
“I want to say thank
you to all these Superstars in Port Charlotte,” said Business Development
Specialist Farooq Siddiqui (not pictured).
“During a recent visit, the Letter Carriers produced 44 new leads and
when I returned to take their photo, the Rural Carriers gave me 12 more leads.”
