Sharpes Post Office Retail Associates Nicole
Roberson-Rodriguez (left) and Miriam Benjamin (right) have achieved a combined
total of 28 Gold Star awards for perfect Retail Customer Experience (RCE)
transactions. In appreciation of their efforts, Postmaster Debra Terek (center)
recognized both women with a celebratory cake which was shared with the staff.
Sharpes Post Office contract custodian Horace Elmore Jr. has
made a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of the office, which is also
graded during all RCE transactions, according to Terek.
