Liciaga was delivering his
route and noticed a strong odor. He followed the smell to a customer’s home and
knocked on the door. He notified the customer to
call the gas company. Two weeks later the customer
approached Liciaga and told him the gas company found three gas
leaks at his home. “Due to the cold weather, I needed to use my heater
to keep my family warm and who knows what could have happened,” the customer
stated with tears in his eyes.
